This group focuses on concerns that are of specific importance to today's fathers. Matters addressed include: gender differences, male/female communication, parenting concerns, discipline, child abuse and neglect, anger and stress management, domestic violence, mental and physical health concerns (including a free depression screening), intimacy/sexuality concerns, special men's issues, marital enrichment, divorce and its effects, father abence and related concerns, fatherhood concerns in specific cultural groups, among others.
Helping Children Cope With Divorce/Sandcastles

This group is designed to assist children with coping more effectively with their parents' divorce, understand its significance in their lives, help them develop an understanding of the importance to express their feelings and how to do so appropriately, maintaining good relationships with both parents and continue to lead happy and fullfilling lives. This group utilizes the internationally-recognized Sandcastles program, which was developed by psychotherapist M. Gary Neuman. It is regarded as one of the best programs for children of divorce and it has been featured on numerous prime time television shows including The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Before You Divorce

This group focuses on important issues individuals should consider before divorcing. Topics covered include how divorce affects men, women and children,custody arrangements, parenting during separation and after divorce, possible difficulties that may arise and how to address them appropriately,father absence concerns, effective co-parenting, among many others.
